Microsoft office 2003 vs Microsoft office 2007

The new Microsoft office 2007 Is launched and there are many new
exciting features that All office users are just gonna love Word has gone

through a complete over haul ..But Out look and excel etc has got not to

manny of a change in there
.Microsoft is simply changing the rules to the game. Instead of
creating yet another Office version with a slightly modified user
interface and slightly improved features, Microsoft has gone back to
the drawing boards. And say what you will about the software giant's
ability to innovate, because Office 2007--the next version of
Microsoft Office that is nothing but innovative.
Gone are the menus and toolbars from every previous Office version,
replaced with what Microsoft calls a "results-oriented" user
interface.Office 2007 only applies the new UI to certain
applications--specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and
parts of Outlook--while other applications retain the older Office
2003 look and feel. (Microsoft promises that it will migrate the
other Office applications to the new user interface in subsequent
product versions.)

New standout Features of Microsoft office 2007
+ Easy acess to fonts, paragraphs, styles, editing, and the
Clipboard in word
+ Intelligent use of ribbons and tabs
+ Better graphical and formatting results to a gallery style
+ Handy Dissapearing/appearing mini toolbar in word
+ easy access to word count In any document+ you can subscribe to a RSS feed in IE 7 and view the feed posts in Outlook 2007 (or vice versa).
+ very intutive interface
+ "power users" of 2000/2003, you might notice some things are in
different places, however, after a week or two of using the software,
you will definitely appreciate the UI change as well
+ ribbons are gOOD

Whats bad about new Microsoft office 2007 ?
+ i got People telling me it is a bit slower than 2003+ Word 2007 saves document in the new XML-based .docx format instead
of the proprietary .doc format used by previous Word versions
+ awful default styles for things like Heading 1, Heading 2, and
Heading 3
+ Too many unnecassry Features crammed in+ Microsoft hasn't done more work to make search less intrusive+ Not enough New Fresh look in Outlook (a mix of old and new Version)
+ Microsoft has removed Outlook 2007 from the Office 2007 version of
Office Student and Teacher Edition
+ ribbons are bad

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft says that you must run Windows XP SP2 on a 500MHz PC with a
2GB hard drive and 256MB of RAM (512MB for Outlook with Business
Contact Manager).

Hey Jeff, not a bad article for someone who's just learning English and hasn't quite got the details (spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, etc.) figured out yet. But keep at it, and some day you'll be writing just like a real writer. And remember to read books. It always helps to see how the language is used.

    Party on!

My friend has an iphone. I didn't get one because me and touch screen don't mix. However, she has this text messaging feature on her phone that I love. It groups textmessages by contact in cute little talk bubbles. Does anyone know what I mean and know if there is an app that I can download to get that feature on my curve?
